(Bowie, MD)  —  Sixteen-year-old Garrett Bailey of Bowie is facing charges after reportedly threatening a Circuit Court Judge.  The Bowie High School freshman is being charged as an adult with solicitation to commit first degree murder, possession of an illegal firearm, and threats against a state official.  Bailey was in court on a break-in charge last week when officials say he was heard threatening 7th Circuit Court Judge Herman C Dawson.  Fox 5 reports that additional threats made against Dawson are still able to be seen on Dawson’s Twitter account.  Bailey has a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 21st.
