The drama over Nicki Minaj pulling out of her headlining performance at Hot 97′s Summer Jam is still the most talked about thing in New York hip-hop right about now. To clear the air, Nicki Minaj and Funkmaster Flex screamed it out over the air about the Summer Jam controversy.
The Young Money rapper explained the cause for her not being at Summer Jam. Funkmaster Flex and Nicki tried to talk it out, but it turned into an hour long screaming match. Nicki Minaj snapped on the radio DJ for dissing her album sales and had the exact figures to discredit Flex. The Barbie also talked about how she felt about Peter Rosenberg calling her song “Starships” bulls**t.

Funkmaster Flex and Nicki had their own beef at Summer Jam when Flex got on stage at Summer Jam and dissed Nicki. Flex went on the Summer Jam stage and screamed, “If you lost the streets, that’s your fault! If your album didn’t go gold, that’s your fault!” Nicki Minaj asks Flex why he didn’t say anything about Lil Wayne considering he had such an issue with Lil Wayne pulling Young Money from Summer Jam.
The only thing I have to say is, “Blah, blah, blah, blah.” I’m tired of this madness. I witnessed all of this in person and it wasn’t that damn serious. Everybody needs to calm the hell down and move on.
