According to NBC Washington, shots rung out in southeast D.C. earlier today. An adult and a child were shot in the leg and a second child was shot in the back. NBC Washington has more information:
D.C. Fire and EMS are responding to the 1900 block of Savannah Street SE, where at least three people have been shot, including two seven-year-olds.
