Big Pimpin’: Jay-Z & Beyonce Drop $400K On Summer Rental

Power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce are sparing no expense this summer as they reportedly dropped $400K on a sprawling estate fit for a king & queen.

According to the NY Post,Blue Ivy’s parents are renting a 31,000 square-foot home in Bridgehampton, known as the Sandcastle — for a staggering $400,000 for August.

The mansion comes with a 60-foot heated pool which comes with an underwater stereo system, a two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf facilities and tennis court. And get this, there’s even a recording studio in case Mom, Dad and their little princess get the urge to lay down a track.

Is $400k a month on rent a bit too lavish?
