Tameka Foster Denied Retrial In Custody Battle

Maybe if Tameka Foster hadn’t of insulted the judge who proceeded over her custody battle case, by calling him biased, then maybe, just maybe he would have granted her a retrial after she lost primary custody of her two children to ex-husband Usher.

Tameka plans to appeal the denied motion, reports TMZ… But, that probably won’t help, seeing that the judge thinks she is just a “sore loser.”

Tameka recently lost her son, from a previous relationship, in a tragic jet-ski accident. That didn’t seem to play a factor in the bitter battle.
