Chris “Ludacris” Bridges is filing a lawsuit this week against a Texas Couple, claiming that his label has a reputation to uphold.
The Texas couple, Demitri and Donna Evans own a Sound Company called “Disturb The Peace” which sounds relatively similar to the Multi- Million Dollar Record Label owned by Ludacris, Disturbing The Peace.
Ludacris says that he has owned the rights to the term ‘Disturbing The Peace ‘ since 2003 and that the couple is in violation of Copyright Laws by using that title.
He feels that the couple using this name will confuse customers and ruin his reputation. -_-
