Mendeecees can dust a little dirt off his shoulder, as just minutes ago, he was acquitted of <a href=”http://www.urbaninformer.com/2013/01/11/yandys-baby-daddy-mandeecees-accused-of-molesting-an-underage-girl/” title=”Yandy’s Baby Daddy, Mandeecees, Accused Of Molesting An Underage Girl”>sexually assaulting a minor</a> by coercing her with money and other manipulation in his Lodi home.
According to CliffView Point, the courtroom was in uproar when the eight individual charges. Family members and friends, including Yandi Smith, “who leapt to their feet and stomped, clapped, shouted and sobbed, raising arms skyward.”
Due to the noise in the courtroom, Presiding Superior Court Judge Liliana DeAvila-Silebbi, ordered them to leave the courtroom.
“The reality of celebrity life is, unfortunately, you sometimes walk around with a target on your back,” defense attorney Emil Lisboa told CliffView Pilot. “You don’t know if your friends are your friends or are just trying to get something out of you.”
Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor Demetra Maurice, in turn, said: “I respect the jury’s decision and the time and attention they gave this case.”
