Today marks the year anniversary of a lost icon. It was last year that the Houston family, music, and the world lost the great Whitney Houston. Whitney Houston was found in her hotel room last year, just hours before the annual Clive Davis Gala. Clive Davis was a very important person in the career of Whitney Houston. Whitney was 48 years old when she left this world.
Like all humans, Whitney had her fair share of problems. Through her faults however, there was a beautiful person with a matching spirit and soul. Her family, daughter Bobbi Kristina especially, are still coping with the loss of their beloved Whitney.
Although we have lost Whitney, her music still lives on. Because last night was the Grammy’s, I thought that I would post one of her most memorable Grammy moments. Below is her timeless song, “I Will Always Love You”.
Whitney Houston, you are missed by your family, fans, and this entire world. May your memory and work continue to live on.
