It may be bad news for some of you club-goers in the DC area. Ibiza Nightclub on First Street in NE DC has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as of July 3rd according to a document provided by legaltimes.typepad.com.
Along with legal troubles, including allegations of selling liquor to minors, the owners of the nightclub decided to put it on the market for $4.5 million dollars. Whoever chooses to make the investment also will get the “nude dancing license” that comes along with it. Could this possibly be the next premiere DC strip club? It is bigger in size than Stadium so there’s plenty of space for improvements…
