As we previously reported, Usher and Tameka Raymond’s son Usher Raymond V was rushed to the hospital after getting his arm stuck in the drain of the family pool. According to TMZ, it’s as a result of this incident that Usher‘s ex-wife has filed legal docs asking for an emergency hearing later this week to regain custody on the grounds he’s creating a dangerous environment for their two young sons.
Tameka Raymond filed docs in Fulton County, Georgia, claiming Usher is abdicating his parental responsibilities and has unfit people watching them in his absence.
We know Tameka has had concerns about Usher’s aunt caring for her boys in the past and they were under her care when the pool accident happened yesterday. Allegedly the Aunt once let a stalker in the house where Usher and the kids were staying.
Currently Usher has primary custody of both kids and Tameka has limited custodial rights.
