Now in the Music Industry, we are used to seeing the younger artist “beefing” with one another. When you have been blessed (no pun) to be in the business as long as Aunt Patti Labelle and Ms. Aretha Franklin, you would think those type of things are a thing of the past. After this weekend’s Women of Soul concert at The White House, I learned that being shade free has no age limit.
Ms. Franklin entered the room at The White House and as Aunt Patti tried to greet her, the shade she threw her was super real….and sad!

Maybe I’m too young to know, but does Reetha and Patti have an issue with one another? Sheesh. Aretha you’re too old to be acting like that. I love how Aunt Patti remained Classy!
