Today in D.C.,Chris Brown was set to face the music in his 2013 assault case where he is accused of  attacking man outside The W Hotel. Unfortunately,  his trial has been delayed until Wednesday.  Brown’s bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, luck was not that good as he was found guilty of punching a 20-year old Parker Adams, who allegedly tried to jump in a picture that Brown was taking with fans. He is set to be sentenced on June 25th.

Brown’s trial has been delayed why prosecutors decide if Hollosy will be granted immunity to testify in Brown’s trial. If he’s found guilty, he will be granted probation in Washington, D.C.  The verdict that is handed down in this case, will also determine if the R&B superstar will remain in jail in California.

Speaking outside the court house in D.C., Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, said that his clients trial won’t last longer than two days.

“I don’t think that there’s any doubt Chris Brown is not guilty.”
