“He only sold how many !?”
Robin Thicke probably thought naming his latest album “Paula” would bring his wife back, and would also be a hit like his previous work…sadly mistaken. Robin Thicke’s ‘Paula’ was released July 1st, and with today being the 11th, sales are getting off to a slow start.
The numbers are in and Thicke has sold 25,000 copies of ‘Paula’ in his first week, which is a HUGE decrease in his last work ‘Blurred Lines’ which sold 177,000 in the first week. Even though sales are low, Thicke was able to land a number nine spot on the Billboard charts.
These are first week numbers so hopefully word of the album gets around, and more people decide to buy the album.
Looks like the album sales are a comparison to Paula and Robin’s current relationship. OUCH!
