So yeah, Apple just won. The company sold over 10 million of its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus models since Friday (Sept. 19).

If the world were to find out that Samsung execs are collectively weeping in a corner somewhere, no one would blame them. The sales are even better considering that the phone hasn’t even reached it’s full level of expansion yet. For now you can only get it in the U.S., Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore and the UK. It expands to 20 other countries this week, and a total of 115 by year’s end.

“Sales for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus exceeded our expectations for the launch weekend, and we couldn’t be happier,” Apple CEO Tim Cook announced Monday (Sept. 22). “We would like to thank all of our customers for making this our best launch ever, shattering all previous sell-through records by a large margin. While our team managed the manufacturing ramp better than ever before, we could have sold many more iPhones with greater supply and we are working hard to fill orders as quickly as possible.”

Anyone who preordered the iPhone 6 of iPhone 6 plus, don’t panic if it hasn’t come in the mail yet. It should be there by October.
