Lil Mama is being accused of stealing her comeback track “Sausage and after reviewing the evidence, it’s not looking so good for the “Lip Gloss” rapper.

Lil Mama released Sausage on WSHH last week, and within hours it was trending on Twitter. We loved the song. It was fresh, payed homage to our favorite artists and made us want to dance to the throwback beat. It turns out, Mama’s “Sausage” was borrowed from a viral movement. Yup.

If you follow the #SausageMovement, you are well aware it was founded by a Miami student named Matthew Belamy a.k.a Big Matt.

According to Matthew, Mama DM’d him acknowledging he was the creator of the trend and told him she wanted to keep the movement going with a video. Matthew asked to be apart of the video and Mama told him to link up with her assistant. Matthew couldn’t afford airfare to New York, where the video was being shot, so Mama told him to look up Greyhound tickets. Girl bye. When Matthew sent over the prices for the bus tickets, the assistant told him they couldn’t afford it.

Shady.

See the receipts, here.
