If you thought Kylie Jenner was sticking to a career in just fashion, well, you thought wrong. Rumor has it, the 17-year-old is working on her first album with rapper boyfriend, and now producer, Tyga.
If you follow Kylie on Snapchat, you already know the girl can actually sing. She’s made that pretty clear with her 10-second renditions of our favorite tracks, but it appears she’s taking her career one step further than Snapchat recordings and debut performances in the shower. The reality star has been focusing more on a future in music, taking singing lessons to strengthen her vocals.
According to an inside source, Tyga has been incredibly supportive of Kylie – so much so, that the two have decided to tag team a record.
The inside source told Us:
“He’s helping her write, it’s very Tinashe-type music.”
Kylie recently launched a new Topshop clothing line with her older sister Kendall, and the two flaunted each of their unique styles at the launch party last week. Kylie looked like a spitting image of her older sister Kim, rocking a tight orange dress that hugged her curves, and wearing her dark hair down in waves just like Kim does. Now that she’s allegedly pursuing a future in music, we can’t help but remember when Kim flirted with the idea of becoming songstress too, releasing “Jam (Turn it Up)” in 2011.
