Talk about “DC RISING!” Our very own, number one draft pick back in 2010 turned NBA superstar John Wall of the Washington Wizards made headlines today, but not on the court. Wall just donated $400, 000 to Bright Beginnings, a child development center that helps homeless children and their families in Washington, DC. Bright Beginnings plans on using the money to help open another center scheduled for 2017.
