The Internets erupted in petty glee when Kim Kardashian outed Taylor Swift for condoning Kanye West’s controversial lyrics on ‘Famous.’
Now, it looks like the Wests could be slapped with a lawsuit.
TMZ reports Swift could sue Kim & Kanye for illegally recording their phone convo and the public release of the video on Snapchat.
In California, it’s criminal to record a phone conversation unless all parties agree.
