Two officers who were involved in the death of Tamir Rice are facing disciplinary charges.

A Tulsa Police Officer shot and killed 40-year-old, Terence Crutcher.  Unarmed Crutcher was having car trouble where later, a female police officer arrived on the scene where he was apparently not cooperating with the officer. Dash cam footage shows otherwise. Female officer, Betty Shelby, fired the fatal shot. Watch the footage here:
