(Washington, DC)  —  A new study shows that black students at public schools around the region are suspended and expelled two-to-five times as often as white students.  The study done by the “Post” looked at the city’s school system, as well as suburban schools in Maryland and Virginia.  It’s a trend that’s also seen nationally.
