(Takoma Park, MD) –Takoma Park police say over the past month, there have been several incidents of thieves stealing fuel from vehicles parked in the area of New Hampshire Avenue. The thieves are apparently using drills to puncture the gas tanks and drain the fuel, mostly during the overnight hours. At this time there is no suspect information and police are asking area residents to report suspicious activity seen in their community.
