About a week after Drake and Chris Brown’s altercation at W.i.P. nightclub, we finally get a chance to hear what Lil Wayne has to say about it.
Weezy and the Young Money camp want Drake to squash his beef with Breezy NOW! Sources have told TMZ that Drizzy has received several calls from Weezy, Birdman, Mack Maine and more encouraging him to make peace with Brown. Their sources also say that Young Money is worried that the beef will affect business especially since Brown appears many Young Money tracks and Breezy is running the game right now. TMZ reported Drake’s response:
We’re told Drake doesn’t want to reach out to Breezy until he knows CB doesn’t actually blame him for last week’s melee — despite what Brown’s lawyer has been saying … that Drake was one of the aggressors.
We’re told Young Money’s on Drake’s side no matter what — but as one source put it, “Making money matters most.”
Time will tell whether this manner will be settled in an adult-like fashion.
