K’La is an up and coming name that not many people have heard of yet. Apparently, even as a new artist with just-burgeoning name recognition, her talent is enough to garner her co-signs from such music icons as Nas, Stephen Marley and Jerry Wonder. The Gary, Indiana native sat down Frequency News TV after her promotional performance in front of Radio One programmers in Silver Spring, Maryland to talk about her journey and how she was able to go from a steel mill town to working with some of the biggest names in urban music as an artist on Def Jam .
