Since its no official word when Jay Z will release a new album, he can at least quinch the thirst of his fans with releasing a new mixtape. If you have been keeping up with Jay Z’s moves lately, you know he has been very busy with opening the new Barclay’s center in NYC, and other business ventures. That would definitely explain why the rapper/turned business man couldn’t put the energy into releasing a full album.
