Soooo as we head into the New Year, Deja Perez and myself are really trying to focus on gaining control of our weight issues and focus on living healthier lives. With just 14 days before the New Year we are trying to develop good habits! Since I am not very big on eating veggies, my good habit will be to eat vegetables 3 times a week at least once in the day! Deja will be working on drinking more water. Share your Good Habits that you would like to achieve heading into 2013 and let’s encourage each other to do and be better!
