Over the years, we have seen several body parts on live television. Whether it was Janet Jackson’s “Nipple-Gate”, a tongue-kiss between Britney Spears and Madonna, or even Lil Kim’s purple pasty hook-up. In some instances, it has landed the network a hefty fine! With the upcoming Grammy’s to air this weekend, CBS allegedly were going to send a letter out to the artist who were going to make an appearance of the “Do’s and Dont’s”. While different outlets are reporting this, it was never meant to be seen by everyone. Someone in the CBS ladder leaked the letter.
It reads:
“Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered.Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack. Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic. Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples. Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible `puffy’ bare skin exposure. OBSCENITY OR PARTIALLY SEEN OBSCENITY ON WARDROBE IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR BROADCAST.”
Well, this Sunday we will see who kept it classy and who didn’t.
