SO…SO…DEF!
The Fox Theatre in Atlanta, was rockin this past weekend! Jermaine Dupri and his cohorts, celebrated the 20 years of So So Def being in music. Although there was controversy about some of the old So So members not wanting to show up, concert goers received a show full of entertainment!
Because So So was celebrating its 20 years, there were performances and surprise guests from the past and present. Joining Jermaine Dupri for the 20 year celebration was Da Brat, Bow Wow, Kris Kross, Jagged Edge, Usher, and many more! Jermaine even had Jay-Z to stop by and perform “Money Ain’t A Thing”. Jay also performed “N***as In Paris” and “Clique”.
The concert also brought on Atlanta artists like Lil Jon, Ludacris, YoungBloodz (where have they been!?), J-Kwon, Dem Franchize Boyz, and Pastor Troy. There was also a friendly DJ battle between Lil Jon and Jermaine Dupri. At the end of the show, Mariah Carey brought a cake for Jermaine, completing the night.
Needless to say, the So So Def 20th Anniversary was a star studded, show stopping concert! Congratulations to Jermaine Dupri and all those of the So So Def camp!
