Jay-Z stops at no limits, and you have to respect him for that. He has dominated Hip Hop, and the corporate office, now he is moving on to sports.
A couple of years ago, he got involved with the sport of Basketball, by part owning new NBA team, Brooklyn Nets (mind you, he took the nets from New Jersey). Now that Jay is in the sports world, he is seeing what other sports he can tackle. With baseball season in full swing, it’s no wonder he is looking to see what he can do with America’s favorite pass time.
Jay-Z has applied to become an MLB agent! The Major League Baseball Players Association, confirmed Friday, that Mr. Carter’s application to be an agent had been received. This comes a week after Jay’s Roc Nation Sports and CAA Sports, announced they were partnering in the agency business, and have Yankees player Robinson Cano as their first client.
Now, you may be wondering is he going to be allowed to do both bassketball and baseball. Jay-Z is in the process of selling his share of the Brooklyn Nets, so that he can be an MLB agent.
