Over the weekend, Tyga hit Harvard University for a performance that many didn’t want to see happen.
A petition was started at Harvard to cancel the YMCMB artist from performing due to his “violently misogynistic lyrics.” The petition received more than 2,000 signatures, but the final decision came from the Harvard Concert Commission and College Events Board which gave Tyga the green light to perform at the scheduled appearance.
Tyga went on with his performance and later tweeted a pic of what looked like a packed crowd. He also took a shot a FOX News in the tweet, who followed the story and portrayed Tyga negatively, but then again what rapper have they portrayed in a positive light.
