Florida, the home of janky laws, has yet another questionable legal issue on the table after the Miami Dade County Police Department admit to breaking rules by escorting NBA Superstar Forward (Arguably the best ever), LeBron James, to a Jay Z concert in town. The Police Department says that it’s officers broke protocol in order to give LeBron James special treatment by helping him skip a couple of traffic lights in order to get to Jay Z’s concert. The total escort was 8 blocks.
James recorded the whole thing on Instagram as he is shown driving on the wrong side of the road. The word on the street is that Jay Z refused to start the show until LeBron showed up. Makes sense.
