Rappers T.I. and The Game were involved in a hostile standoff with LAPD at a local night club in Los Angeles Wednesday night. The stars and their party approached police after two men from their party were viciously beaten by club security. When they realized it was the security, not the police who had beaten their friends, they confronted security.
TMZ reports:
A group of guys — who we’re told are “mutual acquaintances” of both Game and T.I. — were denied entrance at Supperclub. The guys began arguing furiously with security when one member of the posse threw a punch at a security guy. You hear the punch at the beginning of the fight video.
Security for the club then descended on 2 members of the posse, beating them to a bloody pulp … at one point kicking one of them in the face while he was down.
TMZ released two videos Wednesday morning: one showing the beating of the two men and the other of the standoff. They are reporting that the beaten men were taken LAPD’s Hollywood division and but charges were not brought against them and they left soon after.
