The Mother of Legend Preston says apology isn’t enough from the police who chased her ten year old son with their guns drawn after mistaking him for a twenty year old man they later apprehended. The mother wants reform within the department. It wasn’t until neighbors jumped in to shield the child and explain that he’s a boy who was playing with friends. Thankfully this story did not end tragically.
