Last night, we had OUR exclusive ‘Gifted’ album release concert for Wale at The Howard Theatre. The sold-out event brought out the entire DMV! If you are a Wale fan, you were definitely in for a treat as he performed all of his hits including Bait, Lotus Flower Bomb, Slight Work, Rack City, No Hands, and One Eyed Kitty. He also performed some new songs from Gifted’ including Bad, Love Hate Thing, Clappers, Simple Man, Heaven’s Anthem, Rotation, and more. Big ups to Black Cobain, Tre of UCB, Fat Trel, Fatz, and Shy Glizzy who hit the stage with Wale as well.
John Wall (Washington Wizards), Bradley Beal (Washington Wizards), Quint Cook (Duke), Josh Morgan (Washington Washington Football Team), and RGIII (Washington Washington Football Team) came out to support as well.
