(Washington, DC)  –  Maryland Senator Ben Cardin easily won his Democratic primary.  His closest competitor, Prince George’s County state Senator Anthony Muse, got 16-percent of the vote to Cardin’s 74.  Cardin will next face former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino who won the Republican primary.  In Maryland’s 6th District, Republican Roscoe Bartlett was the winner and will face Democrat John Delaney.  Delaney, a banker, won his primary over state Senator Rob Garagiola, 54-percent to 29-percent.
