A Lil Wayne and Kanye West collabo!?
The two aren’t coming together for a music collaboration, this time their business is about art. Now before you start to think that Lil Wayne and Kanye West are the next Michael Angelo, or Picasso, this artwork is more like designing.
Lil Wayne is to release his second “Human Being” installment with, “I Am Not A Human Being II”, this year. Wayne went to Kanye for assistance with his album’s artwork. If you didn’t know, Kanye is an art fanatic, and because of his mother, has always been into the wonderful world of art. After the passing of his mother Donda, in 2007, Kanye West started a design company, and called it DONDA.
DONDA is not only doing artwork for Lil Wayne, but his label mate Drake, has some of their work too. DONDA is responsible for the artwork behind the Drake and Future single “Love Me”. Below is the DONDA artwork for Lil Wayne and Drake. I really enjoy the artwork they did for the Drake single, very dope!
