The new “Transformers” is on the way and two things have been revealed; the plot and the location for it.
“Transformers 4” will be shot in Detroit starting in the spring and the Michigan Film Office spilled the beans about the plot, saying that the “Autobots and Decepticons have all but vanished from the face of the planet.”
But wait, there’s more. They also said the plot included “a group of powerful, ingenious businessman and scientists attempt to learn from past Transformer incursions and push the boundaries of technology beyond what they can control – all while an ancient, powerful Transformer menace sets Earth in his crosshairs. The epic adventure and battle between good and evil, freedom and enslavement ensues.”
Sounds very interesting. Producer Michael Bay has said that with a new cast, he sees this installment as the start of a new trilogy. The expected date for the movie to hit theaters is June 27, 2014.
