The Washington DC Police, are making progress in a drive-by shooting investigation.
DC Police have arrested two people in connection with the shooting. 21-year-old Keith Bobb of northeast Washington, Police say 19-year-old Andrew Allen of southeast. The two men were charged with assault with intent to kill, and conspiracy.
Not only have two men been arrested, but they also have a fourth suspect who is detained. That suspect was arrested in another jurisdiction on separate charges than the others. 19-year-old Craig Wilson of southeast, was also put under arrest.
The drive-by shooting was said to have happened, because of a rival between neighborhoods. This happened earlier this year, in the evening of March 11th.
