Farmer Donnie Spell pieced together this attraction for his town’s Independence Day Parade, carrying a truck full of Watermelons, with signs and confederate flags promoting ‘White History Month’.
After receiving numerous complaints, some of Spells’ neighbors came to the rescue saying that they don’t believe that farmer intended on being offensive. Was this offensive?
