Yesterday was a refreshing day for the communities who had their hearts touched by a Pennsylvania teen. Temar Boggs, was a town hero yesterday after he rescued a 5 year old kidnapped girl. The little girl was abducted this past Saturday and sent Lancaster, Pennsylvania in a big search party to find this little girl.

“I’m just a normal person who did a thing that anybody else would do, ” Boggs said.

Boggs didn’t know the child nor the situation but once he was approached by neighbors asking about her where abouts, he gathered a group of his peers and hit streets in search of this 5 year old girl. “I Had a gut feeling we would find this little girl,” Chris Garcia (Friend of Boggs) stated. The block was flooded with people in search of this little girl when Boggs focused his attention on a tan vehicle. He looked closer at the vehicle noticing the victim in the back seat, the driver caught on and tried to flee the scene but gave up and threw the girl out. The little girl ran to Boggs arms, asking for her mother but wouldn’t leave his arms in fear of being captured again. She was taken out for Ice Cream before being assaulted by the criminal. She was returned to her family who called Boggs a guardian angel.

“It was like fate, it was like meant for me and Chris to be there. If we wouldn’t have left [to look for the girl] who knows what would have happened to the little girl. It was a blessing for me to make that happen,” Boggs said.

What a touching story after such a rough weekend for our community.
