jungle-fever-1

Let’s face it, the world is categorized by colors of skin…. Racism is alive and well… No surprise. What’s a surprise is when it’s blatant. Check out what this couple experienced while valeting their car.

Sam and Candea Aaron have been married for 13 years and said they have never been targets of racism before until this weekend. The Aaron’s were eating in Columbus, GA, enjoying the meal and the service so much that Mr. Aaron left a fat tip which he regrets doing after he received his keys from the Valet service. On the keys was written, ‘Jungle Fever’.

In case you aren’t aware, ‘Jungle Fever’ is a term coined in old days to represent when interracial couples get together, they are accused of having ‘jungle fever’ for stepping outside of their racial barriers. ”I was very pleased with the service and I gave them a nice tip,” said Sam Aaron who is currently a Sergeant Major in the United States Army recently returned from a Kuwait deployment. “For you to take the time and put a hole in our tag to ensure that we see it…really???” his wife chimed in.

The dude was fired on the spot & the Aaron’s were offered a gift certificate as a peace offering but they did not accept. ”I feel really, really uncomfortable,” in regards to the peace-offering refusal. Check out the photos.
