Congratulations to Grammy Award winning/reality show star, Kandi Burruss, and her fiance’ Todd Tucker ,who tied the knot on Friday in Atlanta in a private ceremony. Guest were not allowed to bring cameras or phones into the building, so alot of the stars who attended the wedding were spotted posting up pictures from outside the venue.
Kandi’s bridesmaids included Fantasia, Tameka ‘Tiny’ Cottles, Rasheeda and Phaedra Parks. No sign of Kenya Moore, Nene Leakes or Kim Zolciak at the event. Monica, Tamar Braxton and Vincent Herbert, Toya Wright, Chef Roble, Jawn Murray, Sherrie Shepherd, Shekinah Joe, Sheree Whitfield, and Miss Lawrence were in attendance.
While most people jet off for their honeymoon hours after they say “I Do”, that isn’t the case for the ‘Housewives’ star and her husband.
Kandi shared the news about not flying out for her honeymoon via her Instagram:
Good afternoon! I woke up feeling blessed & highly favored this morning & I hope you did too! I just wanted to say thank you for all of your well wishes prayers for @todd167 & I. I know people are asking why am I on IG when I should be on my honeymoon. Well @todd167’s has to go out of town to set up a show his company is producing for a network that’s just starting production this week. We’re gonna do a quick getaway next weekend. Although I would have loved to take one of those long honeymoons & fly out the day after the wedding, anyone that watched #RHOA knows that I wanted Todd to produce his own shows & work for his self & that dream is coming true so I’m not complaining! 😄 So send him some love & congrats on his show being picked up as well!

Congrats to Kandi and Todd on their union. Does anybody know if Mama Joyce acted a monkey at the wedding? I guess we will have to just wait until the spin-off wedding show for Kandi to get those deets, huh?
