Everyone was being nosy last week trying to figure out what could have possibly broken up Gwenyth Paltrow and Chris Martin, well now we know. Nosy people- 1, Gwenyth & Chris – 0.

Chris Martin had an affair with a Saturday Night Live assistant while he was still with Gwyneth Paltrow, the New York Post is reporting.
Martin appeared on the show in 2011 and according to the Post his romance with the woman was an open secret.
“He had an affair with a woman who was backstage and was part of an entourage. Everyone was talking about it because he was openly flirting with her at one of the show after-parties,” a source told the Post.
“I don’t rep Chris so I cannot address those accusations,” Paltrow’s rep told the newspaper, while Martin’s rep didn’t respond when asked for comment. Both reps had previously denied previous reports of other romantic dalliances.
As Radar previously reported, though, the couple was said to have an “open” relationship. “If Chris was playing around Gwyneth didn’t care,” a source told People.
Paltrow announced last month that she and Martin were ending their 10-year marriage, saying their had decided to “consciously uncouple.”
But keeping the split friendly of the sake of their two children, the pair took a brief vacation together after revealing the split.
