This is Child Support like you’ve never seen it before. Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon approved the agreement between Halle Berry and Ex Boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. She has to pay $16,000 a month to Gabriel as well as the private school tuition, all to support their 6 year old daughter. She has also been ordered to pay a retroactive payment of $115,000 and $300,000 to Gabriel’s attorneys, to cover the cost of the custody dispute itself. This is definitely a historic moment when it comes to the majority of cases in this category. Times are changing! Women, this has proven that the ball is not necessarily in your court!…. Both sides may want to keep record of every dime they spend, so they can have proof and provide financial facts of proficient and consistent care of their daughter. Woooo, that’s a lot of money though! I’m glad Halle is very financially blessed. At least she won’t have to stress too much about all those payments.
