This past week one of the greatest wrestlers and best charismatic individuals to step in the squared-circle passed away, Dusty Rhodes. A fixture in wrestling in the 80’s thru 00’s was one of my favorites as a kid growing up. I remember watching him during his NWA days and thought he was a the coolest talker ever. He had that lisp and was very animated when he spoke. He had epic battles with Rick Flair and Harley Race to say a few. He passed the wrestling gene down to his two sons who are on the current WWE roster. He will be missed by the legion of wrestling fans old and new. Peep out his most famous promo titled “Hard Times.” The message still holds true all these years later.
