According to EPSN.com, New York Jets Quarterback Geno Smith will miss the first 6-10 weeks of the NFL season, after fracturing his jaw in a locker room fight with linebacker IK Enemkpali. Smith was sucker-punched by the sixth-round pick and will now need surgery to repair his Jaw.
Ryan Fitzpatrick will now be the starter for the Jets on opening day and Geno, who was having a very productive camp will look to get back to action around week six when the Jets play Washington.
