U.S. District Judge Richard Berman rescinded NFL Quarterback Tom Brady’s 4-game suspension handed down by Roger Goodell and the NFL for allegedly deflating footballs during the AFC Championship game last season. It only took Judge Berman a few minutes to deliberate, ruling in Brady’s favor after he was considering a one game suspension during settlement talks. Now Brady will be able to take the field opening day when the Patriots play the Steelers Sept. 10th. No word on if the NFL will appeal.
