Sherallene “Pepper” Holton-White, the Mother of Detroit rapper Proof, has passed away at the age of 64, according to reports on AllHipHop.
Known to most as Mama P, Mrs. Holton White was a well-known figure in the Detroit, having owned several of her own social clubs and being the founding member of The Proof Foundation, a charitable organization set-up in memory of her son who was shot and killed in 2006.
