Chinx’s Mother Feels Disrespected By French Montana & P. Diddy
It’s been about a year since Queens rapper Chinx passed away, and still, there are some questions that need answers.
During a vigil on the one-year anniversary of the rapper’s tragic death, Fox 5 NY‘s Lisa Evers spoke to Chinx’s mother Veronica Clinton, who said she feels disrespected by both French Montana & P. Diddy. Clinton believes both rappers should have made more of an effort to reach out to her. “P. Diddy and French Montana need to come out and see me. They ain’t said nothing to me since my child been dead. Even when my child was dead they wouldn’t see me.”
Clinton continues, “I asked French ‘Why did y’all do that to my child?’ and he said ‘Because he wouldn’t listen. And I told French ‘You’re not his father but I am his mother’… And there were no more words after that.” Since Chinx’s passing last May, no arrests have been made. Prior to his death, Chinx was signed under French’s Coke Boy label, which is under Diddy’s Bad Boy imprint.
