Anyone looking to purchase Kanye West merch at the start of a new release ought to be prepared for a torturous experience. Just ask the anxious shoppers who tried to get their hands on the new adidas Originals Yeezy Boost 750 “Light Grey/Gum,” only to discover the shoes sold out in a minute.

Yeezy himself took to twitter to announce the record breaking sales. Unfortunately, many shoppers didn’t get the memo until much later. The sneaker was not marked “Sold Out” for another frustrating two hours, causing many to continue trying to make purchases. As expected, would-be holders of the exclusive kicks started acting out on Twitter.
