Iggy Azalea has been having a pretty tough time lately.
After finding out Nick Young was unfaithful (by way of his teammate), she got a glimpse of his cheating for herself when she caught him bringing random women into their shared home (by way of their security cameras).
Despite it all – her split from Nick and dealing with her fair share of controversy over the years – Iggy seems unfazed and ready for the next step in her career.
In a new interview with Notion magazine, the 26-year-old rapper says of her time in the business: “We can all see I get a lot more shit than other people in the music business, that’s not even debatable. There isn’t anything awful left I haven’t heard said about me.”
But the public’s criticisms of who she is are probably neither here nor there; Iggy makes it pretty clear she’s unbothered. “I’m tough and don’t like to be vulnerable even around my own mother.”
So, what’s next for the famed platinum blonde? She tells Notion, “I would still like to get into producing movies and television series, behind the scenes and will be doing that in the next one or two years.”
The show must go on and in the spirit of moving on, Iggy’s got a new place away from her ex to call home:
